OUR
PROGRAM
Eye of an Eagle is a school-based program designed for high school students, with plans to expand to middle schools in the future. Rooted in the AVID framework, the program meets weekly to engage students in creative expression through art, while also introducing essential life skills and opportunities beyond the classroom. Students participate in hands-on art sessions, hear from inspiring community speakers, and prepare for their futures with planned college tours. Created in response to the growing need for connection and confidence among youth, Eye of an Eagle helps students rebuild social skills, explore their potential, and grow into strong, community-minded leaders

Cedric is trustworthy, passionate and totally invested in the present and future success and well being of the students involved in The Eye of an Eagle program. He is unwavering in his commitment to the mission of the program, which includes developing leadership and team building skills, introduction to new technology, mentorship access, and exposure to a variety of potential career paths for the students

Retired U.S. Probation Officer and Investigator for the Allegheny County (PA) Adult Probation Office
An Aliquippa, PA native who is a retired U.S. Probation Officer. Currently employed part-time as a contract investigator for the Allegheny County (PA) Adult Probation Office and as a contract consultant for the Catholic Diocese of Pittsburgh, PA.
Linda Jenkins
Vice President | Founding board member since 2023
Retired Community Outreach Executive Director
Linda Jenkins Birt: She was Community Outreach Executive Director for Shell FCU for 25 yrs. She’s known , affectionately, as Prom Dress Lady. Because 1000 Underserved youth attend with formal wear ladies & gentlemen. A Night to Remember- was more than, every teen attended free of charge, got tutorial literacy, a laptop , free pictures in there formal wear gentlemen haircuts.
